The Ruark Audio R1 MK3 DAB Radio​ is the third generation radio that upgrades the internals of its predecessor but keeps the sleek appearance of the original. This exquisite radio arrives in a gorgeous compact design with a stylish lacquered wood veneer finish. It features a 3.5” custom high-fidelity drive unit for excellent sound quality and it’s simple to use thanks to its intuitive ‘Rotodial’ control system.

There’s also a facility to adjust tone - plus a loudness option - so you can set the sound to suit your own taste. With the addition of DAB+, the R1 Mk3 is future-proofed for any transmission upgrades and gains the recently introduced ‘digital radio tick’ accreditation - one of only a few digital radios to do so. It also now supports Bluetooth for wireless music streaming from a paired smartphone or tablet.

A USB port on the back can be used to charge up your smartphone while you're streaming, so you don't have to worry about running out of battery. Programme and set-up information are displayed with crystal clear clarity on the latest technology OLED (organic light emitting diode) display. The really good thing about this new display, is that it retains its vivid clarity at any viewing angle and the display brightness can be adjusted to suit your requirements, both in active and standby modes.
