Almost half a pound of the finest Sloes are used to produce every bottle of his cold-compounded Professor Cornelius Ampleforth Bathtub Sloe Gin 2014 50cl, along with a merry band of botanicals, including Juniper Berries, Cinnamon, Coriander, Cloves, and Orange Peel, which are all added to high quality copper-pot-still spirit.
