Description

The Garmin Forerunner 225 provides essential performance data to motivate and guide you through your race or training session. Using GPS data, the Forerunner 225 can measure the distance, pace, and time of your run and then display the information on its colour display with vivid clarity. The built-in accelerometer can also capture your distance and pace if you are running indoors or on a treadmill.

The Forerunner 225 can also track your heart rate (wrist based) and estimate your calorie consumption. Using the Garmin Connect website, you can upload and analyse your training and race data, and download training plans to the watch to give you real-time coaching on pace, time and distance. You can design your own training plans or use one of the free ones available. If you download the Garmin Connect Mobile App to your smartphone, the watch will automatically upload your training data to Garmin Connect when you’re in range of your phone.

The comfortable, lightweight design won't hinder your running and the attractive colours and sleek design mean it can easily be worn as you stroll around town as well as when you are pounding the pavements or the thumping the trails.
